Our building is located right near the cable car station in the valley, the Schmittenhöhebahn.
Each of our five holiday apartments can accommodate up to 8 persons and is equipped with high-quality, modern Alpine amenities to ensure every comfort. A wellness area on site is also available for our guests.

Enjoy the extensive slopes and a free terrain for carving lovers, the longest fun slope in the world for freestylers and a magnificent Alpine panorama, whose magic attracts all lovers of winter sports!
From 30 November 2019, an ultra-modern three-rope gondola, the 3K Kaprun-Kitzsteinhorn-K-onnection, will connect the Maiskogel with the #Kitzsteinhorn.
